BOARD GOALS

•  To successfully complete negotiations for new contracts.

•  To meet all training requirements.

•  To monitor the board's financial position on a monthly basis to ensure that future
deficits do not occur.

•  To explore energy efficient options for our physical facilities.

DISTRICT GOALS

•  To meet or exceed the expectations established by NCLB for student achievement in Special Education.

•  To exceed the cohort expectations established by NCLB for student achievement in grades 3 on the NJASK.

•  To exceed the expectations established by NCLB for student achievement in grades 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8 on the NJASK.

•  To explore technology initiatives – to evaluate the district website, email and telephone system. Documentation would include a long range plan to address infrastructure and capital needs.

•  To propose a middle school summer school program to the Byram Township Board of Education.
